Assistant Caretaker/Groundsman

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our property team.

As a member of a small team, the ability to work independently as well as helping other team members is essential. 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Take pride in their work
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Be confident in maintenance and ground care, including gardens and lawns
• Ensure that compliance is followed with Health and Safety regulations
• Have a full valid New Zealand Drivers Licence

This is a part time position (20 hours per week - negotiable).
